Thank you for visiting and shopping at Candy Outpost! We work hard to get your sweet treats delivered to your doorstep safely and quickly.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Meltable Items Notice

During warmer months or when shipping to warm weather destinations, perishable or chocolate items may be at risk of melting. While we package orders carefully, Candy Outpost is not responsible for weather-related melting during transit.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
